Milena started IRALIS in Zurich with a clear conviction: that the most defining moments deserve to be celebrated with creations as thoughtful and meaningful as the feeling they are honoring.
Every client works directly with Milena and her team. The process begins with a conversation about the occasion, the person, the meaning, and the milestone that is being honored. Our trained gemologists hand-select every diamond, choosing only from the top 1% of lab-grown stones. Then the design takes shape, crafted to order in 14k & 18k recycled gold by artisans in Italy, Belgium, or Switzerland.

How It Works
It starts with a conversation. In the center of Zurich or over a virtual call. Sometimes clients arrive with a Pinterest board and exact specifications. Sometimes it's just "I'll know it when I see it." Both are perfect starting points.
From there, Milena presents hand-selected, IGI-certified diamond options, chosen for you with our gemologist. Every stone is evaluated for how it performs in real light, not just how it reads on paper. Once the design feels right, production begins.
Handcrafted by artisans in Europe. 2–10 weeks from confirmation to the final handover. The experience is what matters most.

Common Questions
Milena and her team learn about the person, the meaning, and the milestone that is being honored. Every consultation begins with a conversation — not just about diamonds or designs, but about the moment you are marking and the person it is for. Milena and her team take the time to truly understand the meaning behind the piece before anything else.
From there, we discuss your timeline, your budget, your style preferences, and ring/bracelet sizing. After the meeting, we share a tailored offer for your bespoke piece via email.
Once you decide to move forward, a 50% deposit confirms your order and allows us to begin sourcing your stone. Our gemologist then hand-selects diamond options from the top 1% of lab-grown stones and presents them to Milena. Depending on the complexity of your design, a CAD (computer-aided design) is created so you can see your piece take shape before it is made.
Throughout the crafting process, every IRALIS creation passes through three rigorous quality controls, checking every detail at each stage before the next begins. Once the piece is complete, Milena personally conducts a final quality control herself. The remaining balance is due before the final handover. Only when every detail meets her standard does your piece leave our hands and reach yours.
Most pieces are crafted after purchase. Ready-to-ship items are available for dispatch within 5-7 business days. All made-to-order pieces take 2–10 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and stone sourcing.
14k & 18k recycled gold for all collections. Platinum is available for bridal pieces. All diamonds and gemstones are lab-grown, hand-selected by our gemologists, and IGI-certified from 1 carat (Diamonds).
Every piece is handcrafted by goldsmiths in Italy, Belgium, or Switzerland. Designed in Zurich.
