That’s why we offer a highly personal, hands-on experience — guided with care, precision, and unwavering attention to detail. From the first conversation to the final handover, we are committed to offering luxury-level customer care and craftsmanship of the highest standard.
Step One: Initial Contact
We’re honored that you’re considering IRALIS to bring your vision to life. From day one, our founder, Milena Dold, will personally accompany you through the process — understanding your ideas, answering your questions, and helping you
decide whether a custom design is the right fit. Our approach is thoughtful, responsive, and tailored to your individual needs from the very first interaction.
Step Two: Private Consultation (Online or In Person)
Your first consultation, either virtually or in person, is an opportunity to connect. Milena will take the time to get to know you, learn about your style and story, and discuss your goals for the piece. This is where the creative direction begins to take shape. You’ll feel supported every step of the way —with honest guidance, full transparency, and attentive service designed to make you feel both confident and cared for.
Step Three: Stone Selection and Offer
Once the design direction is clear, we’ll source a diamond that reflects your
preferences in terms of quality, character, and budget. Our trusted gemologist
and Milena will help you navigate the selection process with clarity and
confidence, because we know that a certificate alone doesn’t tell the whole
story.
You’ll then receive a tailored offer. A 50% down payment is required to secure
the stone and begin the creation process. Depending on the complexity of the
design, a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering will be prepared and sent to
you for visual confirmation — ensuring that every detail is just right before
we move forward. The remaining balance will be due upon completion,
prior to the delivery or handover of your finished piece.
Step Four: Crafting Your Piece
With the design finalized and the stone secured, our expert goldsmiths and stone setters begin bringing your piece to life. Throughout the process, three separate quality control checks are carried out, each personally overseen by our master goldsmith. This ensures the highest standards of craftsmanship — from precise setting to flawless finishing. We take pride in delivering pieces that are not only beautiful but also meticulously made.
Step Five: Delivery
When your custom piece is complete and Milena has personally conducted the final quality control, we’ll invite you to meet us in the heart of Zürich for a personal handover — a moment we’ll mark with a glass of champagne to celebrate your one-of-a-kind creation.
