From day one, our founder, Milena, will personally accompany you through the process, understanding your ideas, answering your questions, and helping you decide whether a custom design via our milestone bespoke journey is the right fit for your vision.
Our approach is thoughtful, responsive, and tailored to your individual needs from the very first interaction.
You meet Milena in the center of Zurich, Switzerland or over a virtual call. The conversation begins with you, the occasion, and what meaning you want the piece to carry.
Bring whatever you have. A Pinterest board, a rough sketch, a photo of something you like, or nothing at all. "I'll know it when I see it" is already a good starting point.
You discuss timeline, budget, style preferences, and sizing. The consultation is complimentary.
Step 03
After the consultation, a tailored offer with full investment guidelines is shared via email.
A 50% deposit confirms your order and allows sourcing and production to begin.
Depending on the complexity of your design, a CAD (computer-aided design) rendering is created so you can see the design before the production of your masterpiece begins. You review it, request up to 2 changes if needed, and approve when it's perfect.
Every custom journey includes a personal engraving in a font of your choice.
Once the design direction is clear, we’ll source a diamond that reflects your
preferences in terms of quality, character, and budget.
Our gemologist hand-selects, IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds from the top 1% of available stones. Every diamond is evaluated for real-life-light performance with cut being the deciding factor. Our gemologist selects for brilliance and fire as they appear on a hand.
For engagement rings, a Replica Ring can be created in silver and cubic zirconia so you can see and try the design before the final piece is crafted.
Please note that creating your Replica Ring takes approximately 2–10 weeks.
Your piece is handmade by artisans in Italy, Belgium, or Switzerland. In 14k or 18k recycled gold, with platinum available for engagement rings, wedding bands, and eternity rings.
Throughout the process, three separate quality control checks are carried out, each personally overseen by our master goldsmith. This ensures the highest standards of craftsmanship from precise setting to flawless finishing.
Production takes 2–10 weeks depending on complexity and stone sourcing. You're kept informed throughout.
When your custom piece is complete and Milena has personally conducted the final quality control the remaining balance is due before delivery.
We’ll invite you to meet us in the heart of Zurich for a personal handover. A moment we’ll mark with a glass of champagne to celebrate your one-of-a-kind creation.
